I’ve been cooking up healthy meals as a self-taught holistic home chef and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach since 2017 and over all those years, I’ve learned a LOT. Being a wife and mama, I share your dilemma of ‘what to cook today’ which my family will eat without compromising the nutritional value and flavor.
I didn't start out as the healthiest person actually and was even overweight at some point in my past life. Through simple, yet consistent changes in the way I eat, move, and think, I found myself finding that 'balance', maintaining an ideal weight and a healthy body from the inside-out, while also raising a healthy family and running a business from home. And I want to teach you the exact how-tos on how I did it. Coz if I can do it, then so can you.
My core philosophy when it come to food is that no one diet works for everyone. And my recipes have always been very inclusive and versatile to suit your specific needs. My love for delicious food and nutrition is what led me to write my Healthy Cooking Made Easy recipe book, and now I want to bring more recipes to your homes and this time, teach you the ins-and-outs on how you too can eat healthy food for real and get off the dieting roller coaster.
